“Who you are is love. What love does is heal.”

In today’s episode of SoulTalk Podcast. I am joined by Melody Beattie, an American best-selling book author for self-help books on personal development and codependent relationships. Some of her books are ~ The Language of Letting Go, Playing It by hear, The Grief Club, Beyond Codependency, and The Codependent No More Workbook.

Melody has developed her pioneering voice in self-help literature from her passion for helping people. Writing has been a channel for her to share words of wisdom and guidance with the world, as she knew firsthand what people are mostly going through.

In her lifetime, she survived abandonment, kidnapping, sexual abuse, drug and alcohol addiction, divorce, and the death of a child. These challenging times made her what she is today and captured the hearts of millions of readers across the globe.
